Biographie de l'auteur

Dr Md Bellal Hossain studied at Dhaka University for Doctor of Philosophy degree on Applied Chemistry speciality food processing technology and Post graduation diploma in applied dietetics, Dhaka University. I have developed different food industrial plant in Bangladesh with foreign collaboration from 1987.
