Change is inevitable. The success of manufacturing systems heavily depends on their capability of following the current progress so called "the change". Being able to manage the change assures, better quality, faster production, efficient and effective manufacturing environment as well as responsive system. Therefore, this book introduces a promising quantifiable methodology to measure the change management capability of manufacturing systems supported with a case study.
