Knowledge sharing, where individuals mutually exchange knowledge and jointly create new knowledge is considered vital for both organisations and universities. Unfortunately, in most circumstances there is some reluctance to share knowledge and various reasons are attributed towards this reluctance. Biographie de l'auteur

Suchetha Jayasinghe received M.Sc in Information Management from SLIIT, Sri Lanka, BSc from University Collage Dublin, Ireland. She is interested in Knowledge Management and Databases. Mahesha Kapurubandara, is Dean/International at SLIIT and an adjunct research fellow at UWS,Australia.
