Dr. Chandra Mohan Reddy Sivappagari completed Ph.D from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Ananatapur, Anantapuramu. He is an Senior Assistant Professor and Head of Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula, Andhra Pradesh, India.
