Synopsis

Crime control model and the due process model are equally important in the administration of criminal justice system in a legal system of a country. To realize the crime control model effectively, investigation must be conducted at minimum violations of human rights and less cost. Hence, this book explores what should be observed in the pre-trial criminal justice by law enforcement organs especially police during investigation. Further, the investigating police should observe the rights of arrestees during investigation not to cause suffer for those innocents in selecting out those criminals.

Biographie de l'auteur

Abreha Mesele taught law courses at Axum Business and Service College, Axum for diploma students from January 2009 to January 2010 as instructor. He has been teaching law as an Assistant lecturer in Debre Markos University, School of Law Since January 2010.
