Présentation de l'éditeur

The present study is aiming to using atmospheric glow discharge plasma as a new clean and environmental friendly technology to modifying the surfaces of natural and synthetic fabrics instead of the traditional wet treatments –in order that they acquire new properties and improved printability with different dyes and achieve these points: - Creation of a novel surface with an improvement in the physical properties of both natural and synthetic fabrics such as whiteness, wettability, tensile strength and ..........etc. - Improvement in the appearance and printing properties of natural and synthetic fabrics such as color strength, handle and fastness properties. - Modifying textile surfaces, etching and deposition reaction to obtain nano-particale or nano-porous structures. The investigation falls into the following three main chapters.
