In the GACp method, the concepts of the multivariable regression (MVR) theory, the Mallow's Cp, GA, observability and redundancy are applied to determine the appropriate locations for installing the PQMs. Chapter IV presents the results of PQM placement for the IEEE 9, 30 and 69 Bus test systems.
