Biographie de l'auteur

Abebe Getahun has completed his first and second degrees in Haramaya University in 2002 and 2011 respectively in the fields of Rural Development and Agricultural Extension. The author was instructor in Burie Agricultural College for 10 years. But now he is working in ANRS Occupational Assessment Agency starting from February 2013.
