Biographie de l'auteur

Jephias Mapuva is a Senior Lecturer in Development Studies at the Bindura University of Science Education (Zimbabwe) and has authored numerous journal articles on local governance, democracy. Loveness Mapuva is a Law Lecturer at the Midlands State University (Zimbabwe) and her research interests are in Human Rights (mainly children's rights).
