Biographie de l'auteur

Dr. Nor Azila is an Associate Professor at University Utara Malaysia, Malaysia. Her research interests are in the area of retail strategies and relationship marketing. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz is an assistant professor at BRAC University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Prior pursuance of his academic career, he served as retail manager in Bangladesh.
