MUHINGI, Wilkins Ndege is experienced in educating, having worked as a teacher as well as a Lecturer.He has lectured at St. Paul's, St. Elizabeth and South Eastern Kenya Universities.He is a Medical Social Worker who holds an MSc. in Social Work and BSc. in Social Work and Health care. He is a PhD. candidate at JKUAT in Development Studies.
