Synopsis
Pour l'existence réelle de l'administration en ligne, il est nécessaire et crucial de fournir des informations et des documents publics et de faciliter l'accès des citoyens. Ce livre contribue à une étude sur le développement de systèmes de gouvernement électronique qui traitent le langage naturel pour créer des informations sémantiques structurées qui sont automatiquement manipulées pour répondre aux besoins et aux attentes des citoyens. Afin de mettre cela à l'épreuve, ce travail a été développé en trois grandes phases : (1) conception d'un modèle conceptuel, conforme à la vision de l'e-gouvernement, intégration de la création d'informations structurées et mise à disposition de différents acteurs ; (2) sélection d'outils logiciels de pointe et définition d'un prototype instanciant les modules clés du modèle conceptuel, y compris l'accès basé sur le langage naturel ; (3) évaluation de la la facilité d'utilisation et l'acceptabilité de l'interrogation d'informations rendues possibles par le prototype - et en conséquence du modèle conceptuel - par les utilisateurs dans un scénario réaliste, qui comprend la comparaison avec les formes d'accès disponibles aujourd'hui dans les systèmes de production. Les résultats de l'évaluation montrent que le modèle proposé a été perçu comme plus efficace et utile que les solutions de rechange.
