Synopsis
Ce travail traite de tous les aspects des matériaux luminescents de base, des applications et des développements avancés. L'éclairage à semi-conducteurs est un champ de recherche émergent. Le livre se concentre sur la synthèse des nanophosphors et leurs applications. Nous avons étudié des séries d'activateurs de terres rares, par exemple, Ce3+, Pr3+, Sm3+, Eu3+, Eu2+, Gd, Dy, Yb dans sa masse ainsi que la forme nanocristalline a été synthétisée. La caractérisation des matériaux par XRD et SEM a été effectuée et les spectres d'excitation et d'émission de photoluminescence ont été mesurés pour explorer la possibilité d'utiliser ces luminophores pour des applications d'éclairage à l'état solide en utilisant des LED bleues proches des UV/bleues.
