Many Information Systems and Technology (IS/IT) practitioners, including the managers, find themselves struggling and challenged with problems, such as integration, consolidation, configuration, development, technology planning and management of software, hardware and processes. Biographie de l'auteur

Tiko Iyamu holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Iyamu is a Professor of Informatics at the Polytechnic of Namibia, Windhoek, Namibia. Professor Iyamu’s research interests include Health Informatics and Enterprise Architecture. He also focuses on Actor Network Theory and Structuration Theory.
