Human resource development, at all levels, needs to be given priority and made a part of the nation's overall development strategy. For similar reasons the researcher feels that teachers view in terms of perception study can help in reviewing, monitoring and evaluation of the regulations which is essential for efficiency and effectiveness of education system as a whole.

She is head of institution of night degree college affiliated to University of Mumbai. She is a Ph.D guide, and 14 students are presently doing research on various topics under her guidance.she is the member of various academic committees for University of Mumbai.
