Synopsis
L'industrie de la construction opère dans des situations très incertaines soumises à divers types de risques surviennent lors de l'exécution d'un projet. Cette recherche a été menée pour identifier les principaux facteurs de risque impliqués lors de l'exécution d'un projet, les catégories de risques, les dernières tendances/pratiques en matière de techniques d'identification des risques, les méthodes de prévention des risques et de réduction des risques utilisées par les entreprises contractantes travaillant au Pakistan et les classer en fonction de leur importance/utilisation. Cette recherche est menée au Pakistan et met l'accent sur les entreprises contractantes engagées dans des projets de construction de diverses natures. J'ai analysé les tendances de gestion des risques des entreprises contractantes. Certains sites ont été visités lors de la collecte des données. Les données sont analysées à l'aide d'outils statistiques afin de trouver des faits et des chiffres réels. J'ai proposé quelques recommandations sur la base de cette recherche aux entreprises contractantes.
