Synopsis
La présente étude a l'intention de considérer la participation d'Internet dans les organisations et un phénomène appelé « Cyberslacking » qui a désigné l'utilisation d'équipements et de systèmes informatiques éliminés par l'emp. La question de l'Internet dans l'environnement de travail de routine a été contestée, également dans l'entreprise et la manière de gérer leurs structures organisationnelles du système de production. L'objectif principal de ce travail était de réaliser une analyse critique de ce livre pour un usage personnel dans l'environnement de travail. En résumé, il semble maintenant que les organisations adaptent les changements économiques mondiaux et aussi vers les technologies au fil des ans, créant de nouveaux mécanismes de contrôle du travail, impliquant les travailleurs au sein du système et tirant parti de facteurs externes, tels que le taux de chômage, ainsi que les capacités employées pour assurer une productivité et une efficacité supérieures.
