Synopsis
À l'aide d'une conception de recherche corrélationnelle, cette étude de recherche quantitative a examiné la relation entre la motivation au travail et la satisfaction au travail sur la performance au travail des employés de banque. Les résultats de cette étude suggèrent qu'en appliquant des stratégies managériales pour augmenter la motivation au travail et la satisfaction au travail, la performance au travail peut être potentiellement améliorée chez les employés de banque. Des recherches futures sont nécessaires pour tester à nouveau si de telles corrélations peuvent être trouvées dans d'autres types d'entreprises dans l'intérêt de trouver une variance spécifique à l'industrie.
