Synopsis
Le ministre allemand de l'Intérieur, le Dr Thomas de Maizière, a déclaré en 2014 que « 1 08 millions de personnes ont immigré en Allemagne en 2012 ». Statistik Autriche a publié que 19,4 % de la population en 2013 est issue de l'immigration. L'Office confédéré suisse des statistiques a également publié en 2013 que 34,8 % de la population est issue de l'immigration. On sait peu de choses, cependant, que la Suisse a 26, l'Allemagne 16 et l'Autriche une juridiction en ce qui concerne l'utilisation des diplômes étrangers dans les pays respectifs. L'objectif de ce livre est de faire la lumière sur la façon dont les anciennes lois se sont développées en principes juridiques contemporains.
