Synopsis
Le textile est un secteur émergent du Pakistan. Ce secteur joue un rôle important pour augmenter le PIB du pays. De nombreux travailleurs masculins et féminins travaillent dans ce secteur pour trouver un emploi. Les travailleuses sont plus sensibles aux peluches produites par les différentes sections de l'industrie. La santé et la sécurité des travailleurs sont nécessaires pour l'efficacité du travail et pour augmenter le rendement dans ce secteur. La santé et la sécurité sont le bien-être physique, mental et social sur le lieu de travail. Il est de la responsabilité de la direction d'accorder toute l'attention à l'application des règles de sécurité dans les locaux de l'industrie. Si les travailleurs enfreignent les règles, les punissent conformément aux règles de santé et de sécurité (loi sur l'usine). En cas d'accident ou d'urgence, la direction fournit les installations médicales et l'indemnisation des travailleurs. Les travailleurs ont donné la formation et la sensibilisation sur une période donnée. Les travailleurs ont suivi toutes les règles et règlements concernant la santé et la sécurité au travail. La direction est également responsable de la mise en œuvre du système de gestion de la santé et de la sécurité au travail dans l'industrie.
