The problem of powerful and devastating Seismic Events that can deeply affect Human society is confronted, in this book, with a suggestion for a system which will achieve a concurrent localisation of Earthquake Epi- & Hypocenters in real-time. This book develops an experimental software architecture which leads up to an algorithm that can rapidly evolve an Epi- & Hypocenter localisation upon initially detecting P-waves. The first chapters express the motivation for this undertaking and depict the structure suggested for the overall system. The central chapters deal with some topics of mathematics and the means of producing the tables which support the target algorithm, which is conceived as an "interpolative tabular scan". The final chapters deal with the structure and results of the real-time localisation routines, whose type, it is suggested, could be a front-end component in an Earthquake Early Warning system. This book should interest students of Geophysics, Seismologists and Seismic System & Software Engineers.
