D-r Jasmina Dimitrieva-Najdanova is consultant with more than 20 years of working experience in elections, protection of human rights and criminal justice in Macedonia, France, Kosovo and Bosnia. This book came as a result of her extensive international experience in the election area, which encouraged her academic curiosity.
