Synopsis
Ce livre explore les différentes méthodologies de recherche dans le domaine de la récupération d'informations sur le Web et juge la pertinence des pages Web. Dans ce travail, nous avons exploré divers aspects de la mesure de la performance des moteurs de recherche et nous nous sommes concentrés sur la conception d'une méthode d'évaluation améliorée et plus efficace pour aider les chercheurs d'informations à analyser et à trouver le meilleur moteur de recherche pour récupérer les informations souhaitées et satisfaisantes sur le Web. Le travail présenté, non seulement suggère des prescriptions pour évaluer les systèmes de récupération d'informations mais également pour fournir une discussion plus large sur la façon de résoudre les problèmes existants. problèmes liés aux moteurs de recherche En outre, nous rapportons les résultats de la différenciation des principaux moteurs de recherche à l'aide de la méthode proposée par le biais d'un nombre accepté de requêtes TREC sur différents modes de recherche. Enfin, nous avons appliqué la procédure proposée comme mécanisme d'estimation des performances des moteurs de recherche populaires à l'aide de requêtes TREC, et avons montré que notre méthode est une solution faisable, efficace et adaptable pour évaluer les moteurs de recherche.
