Synopsis
Dans ce livre, un examen détaillé des développements récents et des applications dans les domaines de la file d'attente avec catastrophes, commentaires, vacances et pannes est présenté. Le chapitre 2 illustre comment la technique de fonction de génération peut être utilisée pour obtenir la solution transitoire d'un système de file d'attente M/M/1 non vide sujet à des catastrophes, des défaillances du serveur et des réparations. Le chapitre 3 analyse un système de file d'attente M/M/1 avec retour instantané Bernoulli sujet à des catastrophes, des défaillances du serveur et des réparations. Une méthodologie de fraction continue a été utilisée pour obtenir une solution transitoire pour les probabilités de taille du système sous forme fermée. Le chapitre 4 concerne un système de file d'attente de rétroaction M/G/1 Bernoulli offrant deux types de services avec des vacances uniques en option et des pannes aléatoires. Le chapitre 5 traite d'un système de file d'attente Bernoulli d'arrivée par lots dans lequel le serveur fournit deux phases de service hétérogène avec vacances obligatoires et pannes aléatoires. Dans les deux chapitres, les probabilités d'état transitoire de la taille du système en termes de leurs transformations Laplace sont dérivées en utilisant la technique variable supplémentaire.

Chapter 5 deals with a batch arrival Bernoulli feedback queueing system in which the server provides two phases of heterogeneous service with compulsory vacations and random breakdowns.
