The purpose of this book is to analyze the structural and behavioral characteristics of the customer initiated business system by identifying and modeling the essential modules and the logical relationships and interactions among them. The target is the professionals and academicians who have an interest in designing business systems, and/or either working or having interest in logistics, sales, planning and/or operations management.
He has BS in IE, MBA, and Ph.D. in EM degrees. He has been active both in academic and professional lives. Currently, he is lecturing in Business Schools, and acting in IM&E consulting and training. Additionally, he is the president of IIE – Turkish professional chapter and the board member of IHPP. Author has several publications and books.
