Synopsis
L'objectif de la présente étude était de relever les défis de recherche et de développement associés au goût amer et à la faible solubilité aqueuse du céfuroxime axetil. Le complexe d'inclusion de médicament et de HP-ß-cyclodextrine et de comprimés de dissolution buccale a été préparé. Seuil de goût amer, DSC, PXRD, solubilité de saturation, études de dissolution in vitro ont été réalisées pour le médicament pur CA, comprimé commercial CEFTUM et MDT chargés CA. Les résultats soutiennent l'ajout d'amidon de banane aux complexes d'inclusion CA-HPßCD peuvent aider efficacement en tant qu'agent antidiarrhéique et masquer le goût amer de l'AC.
