This report aim is to develop a voice & iris interfacing automatic moving camera and apply it in selected video conferencing where it can save the cost as well as human involvement. Here, the total working procedure has been divided into two main part: software and hardware part. In order to system operational, MATLAB software and ARDUINO microcontroller has been used for interfacing with hardware part. This proposed system first records the speaker voice by using microphone then move the camera with the help of motor and finally iris recognition is process by camera to capture any types of conferences or conversations. This algorithms have been used to record voice by using microphone to detect speaker location and then camera takes iris recognition to start video recording. Finally, the system can detect speaker location by rotation of camera for video recording.
