Un autre facteur important à prendre en compte est la traduction. Grâce au processus de traduction, les cultures, les documents, les catalogues, etc. peuvent être traduits dans différentes langues pour que les gens puissent lire et comprendre. Enfin, la traduction automatique (MT) peut profiter non seulement d'un homme d'affaires, mais aussi d'un acheteur et de quiconque cherche des informations et des connaissances. Cela est dû au fait que MT permet d'économiser de l'argent, du temps et des efforts. Cependant, un MT ne peut pas prendre le contrôle du travail du traducteur humain car la machine ne peut pas produire une traduction entièrement automatique de haute qualité.
