Synopsis
Il est de plus en plus courant de voir des instructions personnalisées apparaître dans divers domaines de la conception de circuits. Les instructions personnalisées qui peuvent être mises en œuvre dans des unités matérielles spéciales permettent de réduire la taille du code, d'améliorer les performances et de réduire la surface. Dans ce livre, nous proposons un flux de conception de synthèse de haut niveau basé sur des instructions personnalisées. Les principaux problèmes impliqués dans le flux de conception sont : l'énumération automatique et la sélection d'instructions personnalisées à partir d'un code d'application de haut niveau donné et la régénération du code source intégrant les instructions personnalisées sélectionnées.
