Synopsis
L'apprentissage coopératif encourage l'apprentissage interactif dans lequel les enseignants et les élèves construisent de nouvelles connaissances grâce aux interactions sociales dans un contexte qui améliore la créativité et un libre échange d'idées. Le travail coopératif remplace rarement l'enseignement de l'enseignant, mais remplace plutôt les conférences individuelles et les travaux de forage. Une raison importante de l'apprentissage coopératif est de permettre aux étudiants de développer leurs compétences et connaissances latentes dans la plus grande mesure possible. La sécurité du groupe permet à l'élève calme de gagner en confiance en soi pour présenter des idées dans un environnement sécurisé. L'apprentissage coopératif améliore non seulement l'apprentissage des élèves, mais améliore également la pensée critique, la communication et les compétences de processus de groupe. Si l'apprentissage coopératif est organisé et prend en compte le constructivisme, la réussite des élèves et les compétences sociales seront améliorées.
