Synopsis
L'application de la loi fiscale est l'une des parties intégrantes de l'administration fiscale dans le système fiscal nigérian étant donné l'ingéniosité des contribuables à garder de côté une partie de ce qui est dû au gouvernement comme impôts ou ne pas les verser du tout. L'application fiscale est devenue impérative compte tenu du faible niveau de conformité volontaire et du besoin urgent de faire grimper les revenus du gouvernement par l'impôt. Ce n'est que par l'application de la loi fiscale que l'infraction d'évasion fiscale, de non-conformité et de corruption dans le système fiscal est détectée et que les contribuables sont amenés dans le filet fiscal.
