Synopsis

Carbon Nano Tubes analysis, designing and modeling are novel nano electronics fabrication and mass scale production approach which has lot of benefits and contribution to next wave in electronics and storage devices revolution and future advancement. Several researches stated that CNTs has hundred to thousand of times strong yungs modulus as compare to steal having length in few nano meters and weight in grams, but one problem with CNTs is fabrication cost and full scale production only in some grams. CNT fabricated using graphite carbon and other carbon forms with different structures of their walls using chiral angle etc. these CNTs again fabricated with Single wall called SWCNT or Multi wall called MWCNT. This book is one of the basic research on CNT which contained introduction, analysis, designing of CNTs with some basic results and discussions followed by applications. This monograph is not only suitable for students, researchers and teachers of electronics, chemistry, physics and semiconductors but also to any one who has self interest in Nano technology and CNTs.

Biographie de l'auteur

Prof. Md. Sadique Shaikh is Asst. Prof. in Computer and Electronics Sciences and also in Business Management. He has 10 years of experience to teach UG and PG level Courses in Science, Technology and in Engineering. He has published 13 books, 13 National and 26 International research papers and presented work in more than 70 conferences.
