The purpose of the present study is to machining of Brass and Bronze using Bio-Machining techniques. Machining of Brass and Bronze was investigated using extermophile bacteria. Material removal was studied under different machining conditions and concluded that the max of MRR of Brass and Bronze which is roughed by the grit paper of 150 gd can be obtained by using culture supernatant solution contains bacterial enzymes having pH 2 and temp 38˚and this parameter can be used for wide range on metals and alloys
