Each chapter has a case which can be analyzed in or outside the class room by the students in groups. These cases are tested cases and have been used for class room discussion earlier too. Besides, there are research based cases annexed separately as a chapter in the book. We hope this book would solve the problem of the students to a greater extent and enrich their learning.
