Privatization aims at providing benefits of the growth of the industry to the society by providing better customer service and variety of quality products at reasonable prices. The entry of so many companies in this sector was likely to affect the performance of the public sector companies. The study is an endeavor to evaluate the performance of public sector during pre and post reform era.
