Biographie de l'auteur

Mr Ogali Robert is a lecturer of Humanities and Political Science at Kyambogo University since 2012. Has a Master of Refugee and Migration Studies, PG Certificate in M&E, B.A(Social Sciences), Dip. in Education. Certificates in: Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, Gender Mainstreaming, Conduct of Humanitarian Relief Operations, BIA & BID.
