High efficiency, low cost silicon solar cells demonstrate promise for future green energy. Hydrogen passivation is the key to improve the efficiency of low cost silicon solar cell. However, the performance of conventional hydrogen passivation is limited to some defects. I was awarded Doctor of Philosophy in the University of New South Wales at 2015. I specialized in Photovoltaics and defect passivation. Up to now, I have published over 10 papers on photovoltaic cells and have been granded 6 patents. I have a special interest in hydrogenation and develop several new techniques on improving it in this book.
