I mean the hungry and hollows of stomachs, souls, ethics of humanity and minds. Here we present some of the different life pictures. While, I am on the other side in hunger land, it is my vision, the sense of the hungry, a real feeling from the heart and bone according to particular personal and scientific experience. Through the open gate and the voice came out in fear, I introduce that book. The book explains a real story to whom interesting in social science, food, nutrition and who try to search for truth.

Asmaa F. Hamouda, Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, Alexandria University(2013), Assistant Professor at Umm Al-Qura University in Mecca in Saudi Arabia (2014-2016), Research Field: Biochemistry and Nutrition. I born in Egypt March 1982, married with one child.
