The author holds first degree in Geology from University of Ibadan, Nigeria (2000) and Master degree in Water and Environmental Management from Water, Engineering and Development,Loughborough University, Leicestershire , UK (2005. Presently, he is lecturer/ HOD, Department Water Resources Management, Oguin State College of Health Tech. Ilese Nig.
