Biographie de l'auteur

Hafiz Arbab Sakandar obtained his post-graduation degree from University of Agriculture Faisalabad.He had taught in Cadet College,Sialkot.Then he joined Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad,Pakistan for Ph.D after that he went to McGill University,Montreal,Canada under IRSIP.He also did L.L.B and published many research papers in reputed journals.
