Jalol studied Business Administration at the University of Westminster, and has a Masters Degree from The European Institute (Nice/Berlin/Istanbul). He has worked and studied in 14 countries on 4 continents, speaks fluent Russian, English, Uzbek and is proficient in Turkish and French.
