Synopsis

Adaptive e- learning is concerning about the adaptivity of the visualization of courses’ content according to the student preferences. A few recent researches are concerning about the examination process. In spite of that exams is providing the feedback about the integrity of the learning process. Traditional test does n’ t provide an efficient method s to form exams. The World Wide Web evolution provides users a large amount of information which has led to the emergence of the semantic Web and which aims at making sense of its content and displays meaningful information to users. Therefore, the semantic Web provides a common framework c alled “ Ontology” that allows to organize, share and the reuse of data across the web applications. Ontology is considered to be the semantics building technique. Generate Ontologies using courses’ syllabus help for covering the whole topic’ s content in test construction. Ontologies organize the course content in some major topics. The proposed system provide a scientific method to form exams according to the course curriculum. And adaptively select questions to evaluate student knowledge taking into account their ability level.
