A short study is given of the recent work on single-phase perovskite crystals with doping that are ferroelectric and ferromagnetic at room temperature.

Dr. Kuldeep Chand Verma is currently DST Young Scientist fellow at Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. He received the Ph.D. degree from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla in 2009. His research interests in Multiferroics, DMSs, ferrites and nanostructures.
