Biographie de l'auteur

O. S. Shekhar Singh received his post graduate and PhD degrees in Library and Information Science from prestigious Universities of India, and has been serving as a librarian in a central government academic institute since 2004. Dr. Singh has authored three books and has 32 research articles to his credit.
