The study, is the results of which constitute this book aimed at determining the perception of expatriate employees' challenges in their work environment in the NGO sector in Kenya. The expatriate Employees' were examined to ascertain if their responses support the person Environment -fit and culture shock theory of adaptation. Additionally, the future studies could focus on asking expatriate's supervisors about the level of performance and productivity.The study made a concluding recommendations that since the expatriates seem to have integrated well in Kenyan society,they can be a great source of strength to those who wish to take up the new assignment in this country as they are source of transmission on know-how.
