Biographie de l'auteur

He has completed MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D in Management. Presently he is working as an Assistant Professor in School of Management Studies at Kongu Engineering College, Erode, Tamilnadu, India.He has obtained funding from different agencies and guiding Ph.D research scholars. He has got many prizes and awards for his teaching and research activities.
