Synopsis

The main new challenges of XXI century are described in this book. Serious attention is tied with so called Universal curriculum core. Its basic skills are enumerated. To find the list of these skills modification of Delphi method was proposed. Different levels of main skills are described. The problem of hidden curriculum is investigated. Special attention is connected with the hidden curriculum in the case of engineering education. Effects of cognitive stresses are studied experimentally. The new effect of Super saturation stress was experimentally discovered. Serious attention is paid to computer-assisted strategies. The development of students' creativity is studied. Students' independent decisions at the educational period are also investigated. The method of repeated investigation was studied in laboratory practice for a long term period. Its results are carefully described. The role of instructor participation in computer-assisted checking procedures is discussed.
