Biographie de l'auteur

Dr. Md Irfan Ahmad Ansari is an Assistant Professor in the Department Of Agricultural Engineering, BAU, Ranchi, India . He obtained his B. Tech (Agricultural Engineering) from Rajendra Agricultural University (RAU), Pusa, Bihar in 1998 with first rank. He obtained his M. Tech and Ph. D in Dairy and Food Engg. from IIT, Kharagpur, India.
