Biographie de l'auteur

Dr. D. Deepa is an Assistant Professor in the department of management studies of Madurai Kamaraj University. She has obtained PhD degree in Human Resource Management from the same University. She has guided many research scholars in multi-discipline of Management studies.she has more than a decade of post-graduate teaching & research experience.
