Fever is the most common complaints among children and this is a challenging issue for physicians specially when there are no signs and symptoms with long term period. Adenovirus is one of the viruses can cause fever without source in kids. Nowadays PCR method is the newest way to detect viruses rapidly with highly sensitivity and specificity. In this book, we review of Adenovirus infections and fever in children. In addition we explain about method and result of study with analysts. In this study PCR method has been used for diagnosing Adenovirus in febrile children 3-36 month without localization. Therefore, we discuss about our book and suggest in febrile children 3-36 months aged with no localization, Adenovirus should be considered to reduce unnecessary medication and hospitalization.
